- Remove and reinstall most curtains and blinds
- Move and/or protect furniture
- Remove and reinstall switch plates
Cover and protect flooring - Caulk along baseboards, door casings, and windows
- Fill nail holes (unless instructed otherwise) and cracks
- Sweep and clean work areas daily, and upon completion
- Inspect completed job to ensure quality and satisfaction
Customer Responsibilities
- Move small items, personal items, pictures and art
- Move items on shelves, bookcases and countertops
- Disconnecting and reconnecting all electronic and electrical items
- Disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing from refrigerator and washing machine
- Remove from work areas irreplaceable or sentimental items
- Remove from work areas extremely fragile or expensive items
